Bangkok Collins




2 oz Cognac VSOP

3/4 oz Mixed berry shrub

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz Thai tea syrup

1/4 oz Green Chartreuse

Egg white

Ice

Add everything, except the ice, to a shaker and dry shake for 20-40 seconds. Add in the ice and shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Enjoy!
